Last entry for 2009...

For the sake of reviving my almost-dead blog,
shall do a last entry for the year. (:

I guess this entry shall just be words, and more words.
So.....bear with it la. lol.


2009 came 12 months ago, and it will go in less than a day.
Not a very good year for most of us (at least those that I know of),
but still a fair share of ups and downs.


To sum it up...

1. My results sucked. 'nuff said.

2. Successfully transferred to a new team, work is getting better, I'm getting happier, and everything is beginning to fall into place. :D

3. Thru' bad times, I realised who my true friends are. Many thanks to them. *loves!

4. Learnt to move forward and never look back. Some things are just not worth getting sad over.

5. Likes someone for the entire year, did many stupid things/sacrifices for him and not intending to let him know.

6. Decided to withdraw from SIM and do self-study for my final year.


Okay as I'm typing this,
I realised I really haven't accomplished much this year.
Another year wasted I guess.


And instead of doing another entry tomorrow for resolutions,
shall combine it and keep it simple this time round.

My only resolution for 2010 is to accomplish what I've set down to and make my loved ones proud of me. (:

hope the coming year would be a great year for all of us!

Is there something wrong with my ears or did the BustStation commercial pronounced "buststation" as "burst-station"??

I can't help but notice it(& feel disturbed by the pronounciation) since it's airing on tv so often.

Me: Hello?

Grandma: Eh where are you?

Me: I'm at home, sleeping. Why?

Grandma: You at home?? I also at home leh. How come I didn't see you???

Grandma: Orhhh. You really sleeping at home. Okok sorry. Bye!

How time flies!
The entire year like zoomed past and it's november alr!

Superly busy and will be even busier till end of this month,
reason being November marks the end of our financial year - also known as the "pia-ing season".
Lol.
Everyone's rushing to clear sales targets, clubs and awards and what have you.
Gosh, at the rate I'm working,
"exhausted" is an understatement.


The only activity that is adding some excitement to my life currently is mahjong!
Quite down on my luck lately though,
cos I keep losing!!
Need to find more clients to earn back the money.
Lol.


On a brighter note,
I passed M8 on my first attempt!
Yayness! :D :D

I think I'm plain lucky cos the set of questions given to me was kinda idiot-proof,
whereas the set Edmund got was far more difficult than mine.
Well, just not his day I guess.


It's only Tuesday and I'm quite drained out alr.

26 more days to D-DAY!

Had a random conversation with colleagues in the office lift one day.

Colleague A: you don't know what is S.P ah? Singapore Pools la, aka Standard Procedure.

Okay I really have no idea what to put as the title.

My blog's been really boring these days cos:

1. I have NO life.

2. Too many unhappening things going on, such that it's difficult/not suitable for me to blog about it.

3. I've been wayyy too tired these days. God knows why.



Appetite been really bad for the past month.
The thought of food makes me nauseous,
needless to say seeing the food itself.
The MOST I could stuff myself for a meal is probably some toufu/bread and a drink,
and I so feel like puking already! :(


Results was released over the week.
Was worst than what I had expected.
But oh well, life goes on.
I WILL graduate by next year. (:


As I had mentioned above,
too many unhappening things going on lately,
which includes WORK issues.
Applied to transfer to another agency(but I'm still with AIA),
and the whole thing like dingdong for soooo long. sigh.
It's more or less settled today, like finally.
Heartfelt appreciation to ppl who was with me all these while,
enouraging me, motivating me, hearing me grumble nonstop, and accompanying me when I was really down. :D

For once, I'm decisive enough.


Now's probably the most lost and confused stage of my life,
but it's also the happiest period. :D

and I realised the story plot brought back a deja vu feeling in me.


The guy in the show was as bastard as the one I know of,
yet he was also as sweet as the one I know of.

Saw this at home one day and I mentally went thru the checklist.
Realised I have all the symptoms listed except for High Fever.

My wrist is breaking.

Went to the sinseh last week and was told I injured my ligament.
The pain was bearable before I went to see him,
and got worse after he 'treated' it.
Now I have problems lifting a cup of tea with tt hand.

Am very very happy yesterday,
cos dad came back early enough to have dinner with me!!
Haven't seen him around for more than a month as he's been working from 4am-midnight everyday.
I so love talking nonsense with him. :D:D

Fruitful day!

Been procrastinating for quite a while and finally I did what I wanted to, all in a day.

- Cleaned & packed my room. Wanted to do it right after exams ended but too busy with work.

- Visited Grandma, talked to her about lots of stuffs, massaged her legs. She's my bestest friend ever! :D

- Shopped for necessities.

- Made (many) calls and fixed (some) appointments for tomorrow and coming week.

- Watered the plants. (with gloves on, of course!)

- Went for a run.

- Washed my room toilet.

What a wonderful Saturday!
Now I feel so accomplished. :D

Commitment is......

..giving up all other alternatives.

I've learnt, finally.
